J. Jondhi Harrell

Jondhi Is the Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Returning Citizens (TCRC) and the Community Healing Center in Philadelphia. This provides project management for the reentry program, building coalitions between social service organizations, nonprofits, local businesses and government agencies to assist returning citizens with completing essential tasks, furthering their education and obtaining occupational skills and employment. In addition to direct services the TCRC Community Healing Center coordinates food programs, Stop the Violence efforts and seeks to build community efforts in the areas of voting registration, voting and holding elected officials accountable to the community.
Jondhi is a veteran of 25 years of mass incarceration and uses his experience and leadership to help numerous organizations at the state and national level. He is a writer, lecturer and thought leaders on topics of mass incarceration, social justice, criminal justice reform, police accountability and ending racism in America.

Niashia is an extremely capable and dedicated Director of Programming now she is a Board member. Under her supervision in the past, the programs at TCRC have flourished. As a child of an incarcerated parent, she is very familiar with the trauma of mass incarceration on the lives of families and communities. Niashia first began working with TCRC as an intern in 2011 and has since become an invaluable member of the TCRC team, serving in many capacities such as Employment Specialist, Intern Coordinator, Program Development Coordinator, and the TCRC Kidz Drop-in Center Program Director.
Niashia is currently working on completing her PhD in Criminal Justice. She also teaches at Harcum Junior College and Manor College. Niashia is one of the cornerstones of the TCRC family. The selection and supervision of interns is critical to the success of TCRC, and she does an incredible job choosing, nurturing, and ensuring a successful learning experience for interns.
Linda Harrell

Linda Harrell, the Director of Communications and Business Development at The Center for Returning Citizens (TCRC) in Philadelphia, brings over 25 years of paralegal experience to her present role. Her legal background, marked by strong analytical skills and dedication to justice, seamlessly aligns with her current responsibilities. In overseeing TCRC's operations, Linda manages the food distribution inventory, orders supplies, and cultivates relationships with vendors, charities, and potential investors through insightful research and grant writing.
A skilled organizer, Linda coordinates diverse events, from fundraising to community-building activities, demonstrating her commitment to TCRC's mission. As the primary media contact, she engages with outlets like NBC and the Philadelphia Inquirer, effectively conveying TCRC's message. Simultaneously, Linda manages volunteer training and scheduling, ensuring a dedicated team supports TCRC's initiatives.
Linda Harrell holds an Associate's Degree from the University of Philadelphia, combining academic knowledge with practical experience. Her commitment, coupled with expertise in grant writing, inventory management, and media relations, positions her as a key contributor to TCRC's success. Linda's multifaceted approach underscores her dedication to empowering returning citizens and fostering a more inclusive society.
Gregg Lemos-Stein, CFA

Gregg Lemos-Stein is a Managing Director and Chief Analytical Officer for Corporate Ratings at S&P Global Ratings. He is also co-chair of the Global Credit Conditions Committee, a cross-asset class group of senior analysts and economists. In his Chief Analytical Officer role, Gregg is responsible for analytical excellence and ratings consistency, the quality and timeliness of credit publications, and the creation and coordination of cross-sector and thematic research.
Gregg joined S&P Global Ratings in 2002 and has had a wide range of analytical and managerial roles in New York and London. Prior to his current position, Gregg was head of Analytics & Research for Corporate Ratings. He was previously Analytical Manager for the EMEA real estate sector and also led a team of analysts covering diversified sectors in Israel. Prior to that, he was analytical manager for the U.S. telecom and cable ratings team. He was a senior analyst in the U.S. autos and auto suppliers team from 2006 to 2010.
Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Gregg worked for The Dreyfus Corporation and its parent Mellon Financial Corp. Gregg was also a business reporter for The Associated Press for several years.
Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York and a bachelor of arts from The University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
