TCRC Food Rescue
We seek to rescue food from grocery stores, food distributors, manufacturers, food processors, any entity that wishes to allocate food that would go to waste or be thrown away.
This food can be rescued to feed senior citizens, community members, homeless shelters, group homes, youth and community centers across Philadelphia. Our organization aims to eliminate food waste and food insecurity. We believe everyone should have the ability to eat nutritious food, and nothing should be thrown away that can benefit hungry neighbors, families and communities in need.
